School Supply Lists

NOTE: Your child’s teacher may ask for additional supplies based on classroom needs once the school year begins

The following items DO NOT need to be labeled:

• 3 new boxes of 24 Crayola crayons in the original box 
• 2 large boxes of Kleenex for the classroom 
• 24 #2 sharpened wooden pencils  
• 10 large glue sticks (no small ones please) 
• 1 pair of child-size scissors (Fiskars for Kids) 
• 1 pack of washable thick Crayola markers 
• 1 box of Ziploc bags- gallon size (Zipper seal if possible for gallon size) 
• 1 box of Ziploc bags- quart size 
• 2 pump bottles of liquid hand soap 
• 2 packages of unscented baby wipes 
• 2 individual highlighters 
• 1 composition notebook (any style lines is acceptable) 

PLEASE LABEL the following items with your child’s first and last name:

• Mom or Dad’s old large t-shirt for Art (no tie backs, buttons, or Velcro please!) 
• Large backpack to carry your things in every day 
• 1 plastic pencil box to store supplies (5” x 8”) 
• 2 decorative sturdy folders with bottom pockets only to be used as take home folder 
• 4 sturdy folders with pockets at the bottom (red, blue, green, purple) 
• Headphones (no ear buds, please!) 
• Complete set of extra change of clothes (both warm and cold weather clothes, underwear and socks) to leave at school 

NOTE: Please only label the folders and notebooks. Remove any old labels.

• 3 boxes of 12 - #2 yellow pencils (sharpened)

• 3 boxes of Crayola crayons - 24 count

• Scissors (children’s fiskars)

• 4 JUMBO glue sticks

• School Box, approx. 8”x7”x2-1/2” (no larger)

• Four individual plastic folders with bottom pockets (red, yellow, blue, green)

• Two folders of your choice with bottom pockets-this will be a daily take home folder

• 1 Composition notebook 100 sheets

• 1 package quart size Ziploc Bags

• 1 package gallon size Ziploc Bags

• 2 large boxes of tissues

• Art Smock or an old adult T-shirt works best (labeled)

• 1 large container antibacterial wipes 

• 1 package of baby wipes

• 1 pair of sturdy headphones (labeled and unwrapped) that your child can use independently (Not earbuds)

• 4 expo dry erase markers any color

• Colored pencils
• Box of 24 Crayola crayons (no larger boxes please)
• 1 wide-ruled marble composition notebook

• 3 pink erasers
• 3 plastic pocket-only folders (1 red, 1 yellow, 1 green)
• Supply box (no bigger than 5”x8”)
• 1 pair of headphones (no earbuds please)
• 1 container of hand wet wipes

NOTE: Please label your child’s name on the art smock, headphones, supply box, music folder only.  Dress clothes for chorus concerts: black and white (preferably short-sleeved).

• 2 large “Pink-Pearl” erasers
• 3 pads of 3”x3” sticky notes (a.k.a. Post-it notes, any color)
• Box of colored pencils
• Box of Crayola crayons (maximum 24 colors)
• Box of 8 primary colored markers
• 4 thin BLACK dry-erase markers for use with white-boards
• Pointed scissors
• 3 large glue sticks
• 3 marbled “composition” notes wide-ruled (no spiral bound)
• 2 boxes of tissues (100 count or more)
• Computer headphones (inexpensive ones are fine) – label with name
• Supply Box (approximately 5”x8”) – label with name
• Art smock or old shirt – label with name
• 4 different colored highlighters
• Anti-bacterial hand wipes (not travel size)

NOTE: Dress clothes for concerts: black skirt or pants and a plain white shirt (preferably short- sleeved) for 4^th grade students participating in band, orchestra or chorus.

• Two boxes of pencils with erasers labeled individually and sharpened (no mechanical pencils please!)
• Five different colored pocket folders – Music, Reading, Writing, Math, SS/Science
• One package wide ruled lined (not college ruled) paper with margins
• Scissors

• One small package (300 sheets) of 3x3 “Post-its” (Yellow)

• Pencil bag, no pencil box please!
• Headsets with computer plugs in a labeled plastic bag
• Wegmans (or grocery store) reusable shopping bag (PANARO or KUDIBA HOMEROOMS ONLY)
• One package (4) Dry erase, fine point marker (to be replenished as needed)
• One pink pearl eraser
• Reusable water bottle
